6 Month Old

• Stats: 16lbs, 1.5 oz. 24.5 inches, 42cm head circumference
• You can roll over on both your left side as well as right side. Sometimes you can even roll from your belly back to your backside!
• You've noticed that you have feet and that they are quite interesting. You learned how to hold them and how to even stick them in your mouth. Total cute.
• You can't crawl yet, but you're quite proficient at the baby push up. Sometimes you even start rocking... any day now!
• You have quite a pallet. We haven't found anything that you just detest yet! In the last month, you've tried rice cereal, bananas, sweet potato, carrots, peas, beans, avocado, zucchini and pineapple. Oh yes, and that one french fry you stole from Mommy's plate and sucked on.
• You don't have any teeth yet, but we think you might be starting to teeth. You are more fussy now than you were a few weeks ago.
• You casually pick things up now and can pass it from hand to hand, if you're not having a death grip on it.
• You no longer sleep in your swaddle, but are enjoying your freedom in your sleep sack. It's like a sleeping bag and polar vest all in one =)
• You love getting into your crib with your Tho (bunny) and Baby Bevo. You put them in head locks when you get into bed and play with Tho's whiskers, twirling them around your fingers, until you get tired. Then it's time for fingers 4 and 5 to do their job. You put yourself to sleep most nights now.
• You jump jump jump in your jumper now and not just stand there playing with your toys.
• Your toes now touch the floor on your walker and you love standing there playing DJ for Mommy to dance for you.
