We interrupt this stream of post vacation blogs with some news breaking, uh, news!
Mia's been working on this for weeks. First, walking around the room holding onto furniture. Then walking around holding just one of our hands. Recently, she's taken to free standing for a second or two. Late last week and this weekend, she's been taking a step here a few steps there and getting really confident with her push toys.
Today, just shy of her 11 1/2 month old birthday we can say decidedly that she can walk! She must have done this 5 or 6 times in the front yard before we thought to run inside to get the video camera. So this wasn't a fluke.
Today, a step. Tomorrow, a marathon. haha. Mama & Dada are proud of you Baby Girl!
