Tell me that isn't the darling-est little thing you've ever seen??? I've been wanting to make some red velvet cake balls for some time now. So when I came across this cupcake bite recipe from the very talented Bakerella, I knew I just had to give it a go.
Overall, they weren't as pretty as hers, but not so bad for a first try. Also, the flavor of the cakeballs were yummy. But next time, I'd use a higher quality chocolate to coat them.
