The downside to Finance and Accounting is that you have to work quarter close. If your company is like the norm, this means working the beginning of January, April, July and October... regardless of weekends or holidays. So as with so many other 4th of July's, I worked both Friday and Sunday this past weekend. Fortunately, Mark had the day off on Friday and was able to handle all the chores so that we could have a comfortable relaxing 4th, when I actually was off.
